True 100% cotton - it has become almost impossible to find clothing made of cotton and cotton only and when you do, they are usually thin and poor quality. This hoodie is as comfortable and cozy as it gets and there is not a hint of polyester, spandex or other synthetic. It's so soft, has decent weight without being heavy. The fit is nice too. It's the perfect amount of roomy and comfortable but still has a cute fit. Wow, I am so grateful I found this and will be ordering more.
